The AD Panel
AD panel is made up of three Aluminium layers, the top sheet is a weather resistant TiO2 or PVDF coating.
The middle layer is manufactured as a hollow mesh with a trapezoidal column.
The bottom layer undergoes a chemo synthesis treatment and is bonded to the rest.
This 3 layer, full dimensional structure and advanced bonding technology allows AD panels to reduce the rate of peeling to less than 5% after 20 years.
AD panels combine the advantages of several kinds of metal composite panel, exceptional smoothness, lightweight, high strength, small change rate of compression resistance, unique texture, outstanding weather resistance, easy to process, superior fire resistance.
AD panels also have developed a unique edge folding corner structure which improves rigidity, increases wind-load resistance and reduces metal fatigue, increases its waterproofing and anti-corrosive capabilities.

Rigid Structure & Flush Finish
The AD panel has a high rigidity-to-weight ration due to its multi layer design which allows for large oversized panel size, they are more stable and almost unbreakable.
High Impact Resistance & Durability
The shape and internal design of the AD panels middle layer allows for a panel which can withstand high impacts and also reduces wear and tear much better than traditional wall decoration panels.
Mildew, Radiation & Static Resistant
The full metal structure of the AD panel repels mold and bacteria as well as provides electrostatic shielding from harmful radiation.
AD panel structure is 100% non-combustible.
3-mm Solid Aluminium Ultimate Clad
Ultimate Clad Flat panels & factory made cassette panels are produced as per ISO9001 quality management system. Metal coating is performed according to AAMA2605-98 standard.
Weather resistance test, temperature difference test, acid and alkali resistance test, impact resistance. Alutile laboratory is fully equipped and has the technical staff to perform these essential tests, and maintain the highest standard of quality.
